Arogya Bachat Card membership is a discount program, not insurance. Discounts are pre-negotiated with partner hospitals and clinics. The company does not guarantee specific discount percentages at all times as terms with individual hospitals may vary.
Membership is open to all Indian residents. There are no age restrictions, no medical tests, and no pre-existing condition limitations.
Membership fees are billed monthly or annually as selected at purchase. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include all applicable taxes.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, provided the membership has not been used at any partner hospital. After 7 days or after use, no refunds will be issued.
Each membership generates a unique Membership ID and QR code. This ID is non-transferable and may only be used by the registered member(s) covered under the plan.
Arogya Bachat Card maintains a network of partner hospitals. The company reserves the right to add or remove hospitals from the network. Members will be notified of significant changes.
Discounts apply only to services at partner hospitals and are subject to the specific terms negotiated with each hospital. Emergency services may not always be eligible for discounts.
Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any unauthorized use should be reported to us immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the membership after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
