No. Your membership is activated immediately after payment. You can use it at any partner hospital the same day.
Yes! There are absolutely no restrictions based on pre-existing conditions. Every member gets the same discounts regardless of their health history.
It can complement your insurance but should not replace it entirely. The card is ideal for OPD visits, lab tests, dental, and routine care that insurance typically doesn't cover.
We offer three plans — Silver (individual), Gold (family up to 4), and Platinum (family up to 6). Each plan has monthly and yearly pricing options.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at renewal time. Contact our support team to assist with plan changes.
Yes. We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked refund if you have not used the membership at any hospital.
Both options are available. Yearly membership gives you a 30% discount compared to paying monthly.
After successful payment, your digital membership card is generated instantly. You will receive it via email and can also access it from your dashboard at any time.
Silver covers 1 member, Gold covers up to 4 members, and Platinum covers up to 6 members under a single membership ID.

You will receive renewal reminders 30, 15, and 7 days before expiry via email and WhatsApp. You can renew directly from your dashboard.
