What is Arogya Bachat Card? +

Arogya Bachat Card is a healthcare membership program that gives you access to discounts of up to 40% at 200+ partner hospitals, clinics, labs, and pharmacies across India. It is not insurance — it is a membership that gives you pre-negotiated discounts.

How is this different from health insurance? +

Unlike insurance, there is no claim process, no waiting period, no premium hikes, and no rejection for pre-existing conditions. You simply show your membership card at any partner hospital and get the discount immediately.

Is there any waiting period? +

No. Your membership is activated immediately after payment. You can use it at any partner hospital the same day.

Does it cover pre-existing conditions? +

Yes! There are absolutely no restrictions based on pre-existing conditions. Every member gets the same discounts regardless of their health history.

Is Arogya Bachat Card a substitute for insurance? +

It can complement your insurance but should not replace it entirely. The card is ideal for OPD visits, lab tests, dental, and routine care that insurance typically doesn't cover.

Plans & Pricing

What plans are available? +

We offer three plans — Silver (individual), Gold (family up to 4), and Platinum (family up to 6). Each plan has monthly and yearly pricing options.

Can I switch plans? +

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at renewal time. Contact our support team to assist with plan changes.

Is there a money-back guarantee? +

Yes. We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked refund if you have not used the membership at any hospital.

Can I pay monthly or yearly? +

Both options are available. Yearly membership gives you a 30% discount compared to paying monthly.

Membership & Card

How do I get my membership card? +

After successful payment, your digital membership card is generated instantly. You will receive it via email and can also access it from your dashboard at any time.

How many family members are covered? +

Silver covers 1 member, Gold covers up to 4 members, and Platinum covers up to 6 members under a single membership ID.

What do I show at the hospital? +

Simply show your digital membership card on your phone or the QR code from your dashboard. No physical card is needed.

What if I forget my membership ID? +

You can always log in to your dashboard at arogyabachatcard.com to find your membership ID and QR code.

How do I renew my membership? +

You will receive renewal reminders 30, 15, and 7 days before expiry via email and WhatsApp. You can renew directly from your dashboard.

Hospitals & Discounts

How many hospitals are in the network? +

We currently have 200+ partner hospitals, clinics, labs, and pharmacies across 5+ cities and are adding more every month.

How do I find partner hospitals near me? +

Visit our Hospitals page and search by city or specialty. You can also call our helpline for assistance.

What if a hospital denies my discount? +

Contact our support team immediately. We will resolve the issue directly with the hospital on your behalf.

Are the discounts on the total bill? +

Discounts apply to the services specified in your plan (OPD, lab tests, IPD, etc.). The exact discount percentage may vary by hospital and service type.

Can I use the card at pharmacies? +

Yes. All plans include pharmacy discounts at partner pharmacies. Show your membership ID to the pharmacist.

Payment & Security

Is my payment secure? +

Absolutely. All payments are processed through Razorpay, which is PCI-DSS compliant and uses bank-level encryption for all transactions.

What payment methods are accepted? +

We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit cards, debit cards, and net banking.

Will I get an invoice? +

Yes. A detailed invoice is generated and sent to your registered email immediately after payment. It is also available for download from your dashboard.

Is my personal data safe? +

We take data privacy very seriously. Your personal information is encrypted and never shared with third parties without your consent. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
